TOPIC: Hard-Work and Determination

I've seen first hand over the years I've been here, people that have been scared down from doing things they know they can do to make a positive impact, get pushed around by others and convinced they shouldn't do something when they should, and more. I don't see this as much but this is more of a lesson in life than it is in ZARP or any other gaming community. If you have a goal, you might think to yourself "Oh, I can't achieve that. That would take a while. I don't know if I could ever do that, I might not even try." If you have a goal, you should ask only one question to yourself: How. A goal in reality is a destination and the trip to said destination is how you'll achieve it, and what you'll do.

In the screenshot above I had been an Administrator for around a month, and I was told by a higher up member of staff at the time I'd never make my dreams come true, or never get where I wanted to go in ZARP. Many people after having this said to them would be less than reluctant to maybe carry on their staff duties or try as hard. If someone tells you that you can't make your dream come true, or achieve your goals. I was told I wouldn't get Super Admin, and what I did was I worked my ass off and look where it got me. It comes with hard work and dedication, but if you put your mind to it and block out the naysayers you can achieve your goals! It might not be a promotion for you, it might not even be on the internet, but I hope my story can shed some light in whatever your goals are and help you out personally.

Lads, If someone is telling you that you can't get somewhere in what you enjoy doing, That's motivation for you to prove them wrong!. I bet you if Hahzy looks back at this and look where Morgan is now he'd be proven wrong!, Way to go Morgan buddy, Keep doing what you do amazing!

Great story dude I'm going to be doing something tomorrow that I'm not comfortable with but I'm pushing myself to do it. thanks for the motivation

When I was told to improve something, I did my best to improve.
