TOPIC: i cant. just cant.

I cant handle this anymore, i get so much hate, even from staff saying: Lol shit mod, good luck getting demoted and shit. Im so done. sometimes, when i play, (I dont know if im allowed to say it but) i feel like, this is nothing for me, and i just feel like... i wanna resign and never come back again.... After all this... People still hated me.... Why? Am i doing wrong? What have i done wrong? That i got accepted? Probebly....

Everyday, i see people complaining about you, making reports and such. But as you can tell, they never get accepted. What i would do in your situation, is to keep doing your work. Make a lot of F1's, and prove people that they're wrong. You're a decent staff member. Keep doing F1's and make em like you

The answer is simple , prove yourself. Handle situations with full confidence and control , be friendly , show that YOU have FULL knowledge of the rules. If you do this then there is no reason to hate you?

I can tell you want to change, i'll give you some tips and retrain you so that you fully understand the staffing Ethos. If anyone is giving you any problems, you have me and other lead team on steam that are more than happy to help out any players or staff.
