I shouted at xnator that if he bans someone then there should be some kind of explanation of what they did wrong like maybe some examples to atleast give the person that was banned or others questioning it some understanding and after xnator deciding to still not talk

- This out of everything is what I see as the biggest issue, I have had to beg him to tell me what I did wrong, ive made suggestions in the past requesting better ways to know what someone has done wrong. A discussion on a ban I believe is important, for a lot of stuff a lead up happens or other events contribute to a ban and to not have your voice heard feels pretty shity. Of course some stuff is simple such as directly calling someone a word but other stuff has variables

The final thing that was a cause for my sanction was raging on among us whilst we were in xnator's discord (not zarp server) making a very very poor tasted comment telling them to slit their wrists so that they can never use a mouse again

Although its not the nicest thing to say to someone its outside of zarp (I dont even wanna go into "outside of zarp" shit, done that too many times and ive discovered it is truly one rule for one and one rule for another cough cough kat). I view what you said as an edgy suicide joke, that being said it was still outside of zarp and everyone makes a silly edgy suicide joke don't they?!?! sometimes not outside of zarp, ive had to bring it to staffs attention people are telling others to commit or slit etc so I don't believe its that much of an issue, ive viewed punishments as a official warning as higher than a players ban and no one who told me to kill myself or slice my arms got a ban.

Well thats my input on the reasons now for the sad part, its a massive disappointment to see you resigning, you were an amazing staff member. While you were staff you added colour to a very black and white rule list, you would allow edgy jokes behind closed doors, always supportive of players and worked very well for the community not just staffing. Like I said it is a proper shame that you are resigning. I wish you the best of luck with everything you do and at uni! Just remember quick maths
