Alright then I'll try to make it clear to u all. Reasons why i left and what I don't like in the server...So:
First of all you all just don't want to improve the server. Every idea like: power rounds, more roles, some extra stuff are rejected.The server has stopped its improvement very back in the past.
Secondly you demote staff members SOMETIMES very unfairly.
Third and last reason is nobody cares about someone demoted or resigned. It's good to have some solidarity in yourself. I hope it was enough...

1. All suggestions are considered and not always denied, if you have any post them here. There are many new things which have been added recently.
2. All demotions are fair and handed out with valid reason, just because the demoted staff disagrees doesn't mean it was invalid.
