Hi all,
I must regretfully announce I will be stepping down from my role as Community Manager.
In short, I am stepping down as I am struggling to keep on top of what is expected of me as a Community Manager. I am spending a lot of my time working hard in my IRL job as I'm keen to progress into a more senior role, I have recently moved into my first house which I will be investing a lot of time & effort into and finally I still need time to myself and my close friends.
As gutted as I am, I see no other choice but to step down. I don't want to end up becoming inactive and have you guys complaining. My time as Community Manager was short-lived, admittedly, however it has to be done. I've delivered a lot of things I promised to deliver and help set up things that I hope my former colleagues can set up in my absence.
ZARP has a special place in my heart and I want to thank some people individually for making my time here memorable..
As for everyone else: It's been an honor gents!
Chuteuk:
Thank you for everything you've done to get this community to where it is now. The amount of care, time and effort you put into the community is nothing but admirable and I personally see you as a role model for the work you do.
Thank you for the opportunity to represent the community, manage the staff teams and learn new skills which I would not have learnt elsewhere. I feel that being in this role has helped me grow as an individual and I am very thankful for the opportunity.
DEADMONSTOR:
Unfortunately I never got to see you off officially, but thank you for everything you've done in your run as Community Owner, Developer & Manager. You are an incredibly talented developer with a bright future ahead.
Take it easy and all the best.
also ya gay
TheXnator:
Probably the single most driven and determined member of the community. You are always pushing your boundaries and taking on new challenges despite the flak you've gotten in the past. You were my co-runner for CM before we were elected and I felt we always worked very well together.
As young as you are, I think you are doing an excellent job at making a name for yourself and setting yourself up for a bright future.
Clarky:
Much like Xnator, you are extremely passionate about ZARP in your own way. You've been a member of the community for a long time and this has given you a unique insight on what steps need to be taken to take the community forward. Thank you for your lengthy service and I hope to see you continue in the role for a long time.
Jamie & Jim_Jam:
Congratulations to you both and best of luck for whatever you get up to in the coming days. Don't let me down
