Unfortunately, it has come to this. Most of you, apart from a few certain individuals who already knew my resignation was imminent, will find this quite surprising. There are multiple reasons behind this, all I'll list them here of course for those who seek answers.
Firstly, ZARP is no longer what I used to find delight and enjoyment in. When I first joined ZARP in 2017 and saw the state of the SSRP community, I was simply mesmerized - The server was like no other, it was unique, had countless custom features, was popular and had quite a friendly playerbase towards newcomers and numerous more additions. I left soon after due to IRL issues but returned in Summer 2018 whilst I had a lot of time on my hands, then, I spent a fair amount of time roleplaying as a Shop and Casino owner. Two months since my return I decided to apply for staff and acquired the Moderator position with ease, I then put my RP to an immediate halt and prioritized staffing, and that lasted up until this point, right now. I had a great time as staff too, moderating and managing multiple servers/services sure was interesting to me, especially after getting Administrator, let alone Lead Team. Handling Reports/Appeals was, to me at least, quite an amusement and pleasure. And in my last months of being a Super Administrator, and up to this point as a Head Administrator, I found designing, organizing and hosting events to be quite fun, to me as well as others, and after all, it was good for the SSRP community in general. But unfortunately, all of this has come to an end.
Secondly, most of my friends who I used to spend quality time on ZARP have left, though I don't blame them, I'm doing so myself right as we speak. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of people here who are still in the community and who are quite valued. But it's not like before, not like when I used to enjoy ZARP significantly more, not like the good old times. There are also multiple more points I have, mostly them being about how ZARP took multiple turns I didn't find quite... suitable and proper, at least from my perspective. But this doesn't play a big role in my resignation at all. I mean, after all, the community is being adjusted in a manner that the vast majority of the community likes, now that I personally find appropriate - And if that makes ZARP one step ahead of other communities, then I'm happy for it.
And lastly, work. Up until this point, I had a lot of time at disposal and used that time to do something that would keep me entertained, that being managing ZARP. But recently, Boeing offered me a better contract, and that included more work hours as well as more dedication and consistency within my sector, hence why my activity within the ZARP community would drastically decrease and I'd be taking up space/positions I'm not deserving of - This plays a big part in my resignation and it's the reasoning as to why I'm leaving.
At first, I felt slightly saddened by the fact that I'm leaving the community. It has been a great part of my life. I've been a member of the community for 3 years and to a degree a few months more - But after realizing all the astonishing and amazing stuff that awaits me when I use the free time I once used for this community, that feeling faded away. I'd like to that everyone for enhancing my experience here as well as keeping me company throughout the last year and a half of staffing, I couldn't be more grateful.

My best and favourite Nazi friend. Thanks for being alongside me, helping me when it was necessary and overall being a good and honest friend. I'm unsure of what your future plans are and what will ensue but we will stay in touch and once even maybe have a chance to meet. I will still make sure to come on TeamSpeak from time to time to make some offensive jokes about you being a filthy Nazi scum as well as catch up on everything that happened. Farewell!
You guys have made my experience on ZARP significantly more entertaining and fun, and I couldn't be more grateful for all the stuff you have done for me as well as what we went through throughout the last year. It's honestly a shame that some of you left. #Kyber4PHSO
Thank you for giving me a chance within the higher-up teams of the SSRP, Prop Hunt and Forum staff team, I've done my very best to keep ZARP a fair and safe environment throughout my time here. I wish you all the best, and I hope you keep up the good work as well as proceed with your plans to expand the community and it's playerbase - I have a good feeling all will go quite well. You've been of great help during my staffing experience here and I can say, with no regret, that it was a great pleasure to cooperate with you all and help you in managing ZARP. I will make sure to come on TeamSpeak from time to time to annoy Xnator with my soundboard, oh also, Xnator, if the opportunity to go for owner ever opens up for you, then good luck.

My apologies in case I forgot anyone. Anyways...
I highly doubt that my return to the ZARP community can ever be expected again, though I will come on the server as well as TeamSpeak from time to time, and will also make sure to still visit the Forums frequently. I think that's all I had to say... Farewell ZARP!
