TOPIC: [TTT] Nina's - Resignation

I don't want to be sitting up all night writing this as I have to get up at 5:30am tomorrow for work, so I'll keep this as short as possible. Earlier today House approached me to confirm whether I wished to be promoted to owner (I know he probably does not hold the power to decide that, but I'm still quite flattered that he thinks that highly of me). I responded with "no, I'm resigning later tonight", which is when House told me that he would be resigning as well. I've been aware that it has been on his mind for quite some time now, but was surprised to know that it coincidentally would be on the same day as I. Some of you may know I resigned for almost a week and then revoked about two months ago after being asked to stay by a lot of different people and because most of my “issues” were seemly getting fixed after bringing it up, I decided to stay. Most of the reason why I’ve been able to play and still be able to have fun on the server was a change of mind set towards the game mode and that my issues eventually would be resolved within the near future which had been working out well, but now I genuinely think I need a break as I’ve been playing for 9-10 months straight. With that being said my summer vacation has also come to an end and I'm going to get really busy for the next couple of months, which is the largest factor in all of this. While I could continue to staff I just wouldn't be happy with myself about it if I could only come online 3 ish hours a week. I do wish that I could stay longer, there’s still a lot of things that I’d like to work on improving as I'm still enjoying being part of the Lead Team and doing the work that revolves around it. It has been great fun being part of the TTT staff team again and helping to the best of my ability. I tried to hand over as much of my work as possible before leaving to make the transition a bit more seamless. Sorry for never training anyone, I had planned on training Nepgear to start out with and then working my way up from there, but he changed his mind so that idea kind of went down the drain. I do plan on sticking around on TeamSpeak when I can and I will most likely be returning to TTT in the future after a little break (possibly around October, maybe sooner, most likely with a lower rank till I get the time to go for a Lead Team position).

While I may not currently have anything specifically special to say to each of you individually I’d still like to give you all a big thank you for being part of this community and the TTT staff team, if it weren't for people like you keeping a keen eye out for the rulebreakers and cheaters, whilst being able to keep it fun for everyone, the server would be absolute chaos. Remember it’s partly because of you that the users have a server that they’re able to play on. Thanks for helping uphold the server so people can come and hang out and have a good time by being online on the server, TeamSpeak, Discord and the Forums. I know that we do not say this nearly enough and tend to only focus on the negatives, but thank you for all the good work and effort you’re putting into the server. I don’t know if I’ve ever told you this, but you helped me out a ton when I initially applied for Super Administrator back in September which I was very grateful for. Thanks for all the good times talking on TeamSpeak, playing Rust, on the TTT server and helping with Lead Team duties (you’ve been working quite hard on those for a good while now). I don’t know if you’re thinking about applying again for Head Administrator, but I think you should at least consider working towards it again as you have been putting a lot of effort into the server and have a lot of potential for this role.

You’re almost always friendly, welcoming and kind to talk with and I feel some people get the wrong idea about you at times. You genuinely care about the community and it's player base and you’re very hard working when you have the time (though that is something that you’ve been lacking a bit for a little while now). Thanks for all the good times, sorry for being a little extra mean over the past few weeks.

I feel like things were a bit rough between us after you were denied the last time, but It seems like we cleared everything up after our chat. I'm glad that you took my advice regarding meeting presence into consideration and improved grately upon that. I know we weren't part of the Lead Team together for long but it's been a pleasure to work along side you. I hope that you keep improving and become a great hard-working Super Administrator that people can continue to count on. thanks for making the League games with Jim_Jam somewhat bearable.

I don’t know what either of you voted on my application, but I’d still like to thank you for letting me into the Head Administrator Team and for being my fellow Head Administrator’s. While we may have differing opinions at times we still seem to be able to come to a conclusion and get things done. I hope that you can continue to nurture our Staff Team until you find someone worthy of becoming the next Head Administrator.

Thanks for everything House, was always fun talking and playing TTT and CS:GO with you. I know you've been contemplating about your resignation for a long time now, but I think it's in your best interst as I'm sure you'll be better of getting some time away from the community. You’ve been a great source of entertainment for me and you’ve genuinely made me have a lot of fun when you’re online. Prior to your inactivity notive you had really started to pick up on doing your Lead Team duties, bringing cheaters, suggestions, rule changes, training new/old staff members, etc. which has been a pleasure to see after your rather rough start as a Super Administrator. I know you’ve stated that you don’t wish to become a Head Administrator, but I believe that if you continue down this path that you could become a great Super Administrator if only you set your mind to it, though you can be a bit of a minge at times...

You’ve been a great help and always been very supportive of me, you’ve always been ready to help me out on my projects even after you resigned. You are part of the reason why I always try to do improve and why I decided to go for Head Administrator even though it was never my intention as I felt that I was contempt enough being a Super Administrator. Thanks for all the good times In game, on TeamSpeak, The forums and Discord over the past year or so.

This was a very sad sight. You nino, are an amazing person in general and i do wish you the very best in your life with whatever you are doing. I also wish you will come back at some point. Another one bites a dust

but honestly you did a lot for this server and you were a great SA and an even better HA. I am glad to hear that I influenced some people to improve theirself and aim for higher goals. I can just give back a thank you for all the hard work you have done, all the projects you started to help and improve the staff team and for all of the good times we had on ts and ingame. It was always a lot of fun with you in general and I hope we get to speak from time to time.
