TOPIC: Going Inactive.

few things to say, i am going inactive for a week as i am going out of state and wont be able to get online starting tmrw in the morning. i have a few questions regarding my admin application. Will it still be possible for me to get accepted? i will not be able to get trained for a week xd... and i should not get warned for lack of f1's right?

You going inactive now did in-fact reduce your chances of getting Administrator , so yes, it will indeed have an impact on your application. And no, you are not required to get your F1 count, nor any game time during your inactivity.
