For whatever it is worth, If I was in your position, I would resign and focus on my studies and life, you'll disappoint some people, but we both know that we've reached an age where there's no room for dicking around if we wanna have a shot at a stable future, everyone seeks for validation on the internet because it's much easier to get it than in real life, but at some point you gotta come back to what really matters.
Take what I've said with a grain of salt, but the way I see it, when push comes to shove I do not think the community manager stuff will amount to even remotely anything, sorry.
