I have to agree with you on this one. When there are a lot of staff members and community members online, the server is extremely enjoyable. Despite its popularity however, a lot of the regulars are not exactly actively partaking in the community as a whole, and the staff team is incredibly tiny.

We'll have to come up with good ways to encourage users to become staff. It's not a pressing issue, but an issue nonetheless.
