What we expect from our staff members

We advise our staff team to do a minimum of 20 F1s every week. If there is a failure to complete this by the SSRP meeting you will be brought up in the Lead Team meeting for an Official Warning or a Demotion. However just because you completed 20 F1s, does not mean you are in the safe zone. This means you shouldn't play the server for 6 days doing nothing and on the last day completing 20 F1s. The minimum F1 boundary is set to a such low number so people who can't play everyday because of work etc, can still staff on our server. But it's not there for people that constantly play the server to not do anything for the whole week and just do the bare minimum. If you're on the server you're responsible for making sure situations are handled. These can be times when there is a large amount of F1s stacked up and waiting for a long amount time or when the server is in chaos and needs sorting out. As always we do allow our staff team to freely RP when ever they want to, however if they are not doing anything they should help out. Staff members who are constantly playing on the server but not doing anything for the majority of the week and just scrape the minimum will be brought up in the Lead Team meeting.

However staff duties aren't just about doing F1s. Being a staff member is a voluntarily job which means we should not have to force our staff members to help out the server. This means you should help out by dealing with rulebreaks and should never ignore them.
