Ive joined in on the fun with you James, many times. And i have always supported you, but this situation got out of hand real qucik, for nothing..

And when i am asking how does it even ruin anything ,you can't even come up with a reason, you just keep repeating "you are not allowed to rp"

I can only speak for myself and I'm not going to point fingers at anyone. I have no clue where the whole "ruining rp" comes from. Personaly I only asked you in admin chat not to RP as admin on Duty; giving hobos money on the road is RPing. I also I have seen you build in RP areas such as spawn as admin on duty. I know others have spoken to you aswell but the whole "ruining rp" is bulshit that is right. You're not ruining RP it's simply just you may not RP when on duty. The job is there to show players RPing that you're an admin doing admin duties and not someone they may: Mug, Kidnap, Arrest etc.

However, your attitude when you get asked simple and easy things nicely is horrible. You argue anything you don't like and refuse to listen to anything what others say. That needs to change!

EDIT: I have no problem with you having fun, just if you want to do RP related random staff, don't do it as Admin on Duty. And you even know when the 'fun' has nothing to do with RP even I join in.

Mate that is straight up bullcrap.. Sorry to say. But me, and some other leadteam members have talked to you on ts3. Like the other day when you were talking to your girlfriend or what ever, remember? - Dont do that right now man.. No need. People just dont like seeing admin/mod's on duty

Most of the time while i'm "on duty" job, people come to me and then we just have fun, chatting, me physgunning them, overall doing small fun stuff

Why you being a lil bitch for? It's as simple as you are a non-RP job so don't interact with RP, you shouldn't be punished for it but you should be spoken to about it, if you really need to resign because someone is speaking to you for a valid reason then you clearly are not fit for the staff team. I for one agree that Admins on duty shouldn't be walking around on the streets and interacting with RP, even if there is little rp it is still there and it shouldn't be ruined by people who can't take the time to simply change their job.

If you are going to man up and be able to understand that what you did is wrong for a staff member then by all means I'd be happy for you to revoke but if you wanna keep acting like you are somehow entitled to ruin RP for others just because you disagree with the rule then you deserve to lose your staff rank anyways.
