Yes you can, just make sure to be at the moderator meeting at saturday at 9pm UK time.
But you can make your applicaiton straight away, since you will be there before the admin meeting

You've been mod for less than a day and Xnator says you can apply for admin.

You can apply as long as you make it to the meeting. There's no guarantee that you will be accepted either, they are likely to say you need more experience. Just apply, see what you need to work on!
