So this happened.... all aboard the resign train. TTT will be better with no staff. and btw it was just 5 days not 2 weeks but w/e point is clear. fuuck noooo... Jax, you were one of the best candidates to go for SA imo. And no Jax, you are not unneeded, every member is just as important and together we can make or break the server... I really like you as a person, and I wish you reconsider your choice. In life you can't just step back when something does not go your way, that also accounts for this occation.. Instead stick on what you wish for, for this server. I know you are devoted to do your work as good as possible. Please try to transform that mindset into persistancy, meaning that you stick with us a bit longer, even if it doesnt go your way. that's a characteristic big charismatic leaders used to get at the position they are now. Don't get me wrong, I know where you are coming from, but please just please, reconsider it man... This also accounts for Lonelydodo, you guys are both vital for the server.....

To the lead team: I hope you guys regard this as a proper wake-up call, to see that there is a major issue in the mutual reliability between the higher ups and the common playerbase who keep the server clean on a daily basis.... The communication-line is poor. But the biggest problem here is the lack of care for suggestions and remarks from the so called 'customers' (most mods, admins and players) of the server.

Most hacks can be caught with the in game anti cheats, others are caught by automatic detection's. The mos tyou can do is just report the user to a lead team member and let them know what you think they're using. Also, staff cannot get away with anything, if they do something out of line and you have the evidence they cannot get away with it. Thanks for your help, never talked to you before but good luck with whatever you do next.

you can never say you are unneeded, sometimes you have to handle less reports than usual. yeah okay, then you have the opportunity to enjoy the game itself a bit more. About the case of Banana... Yes, the lead team needs to adjust their approach of handling here and there.. But hey, even if something goes wrong, is it really necesarry to resign on the spot?

Well if staff is turning a blind eye to banana being how he is after being warned multiple times and no action taken and dodo complaining about it and still nothing yes we will forcefully make changes by leaving ourselves until something changes.

I support this message. Right now admin team is not suitable for staff members like me, Jax and others who do their best to help the server. we are not needed nor appreciated so better for all if they take likes of BananaSlanger instead
