There's a lot of new staff members, being a staff member doesn't feel like anything anymore, you feel like you just aren't needed. Even before I got ill and wasn't active these last 2 weeks, when I played there would constantly be 3-4 staff members online me excluded. Everyone would just fight for reports, or not do them at all. A few months back there weren't enough staff members, now imo there are too many.
