TOPIC: Regarding my demotion to Super Admin

So as most of you know I was promoted to Head Administrator 2 weeks ago and I personally see that I did an amazing job as one. Today, I got a demotion to Super Admin for the reason "Recent attitude." following 2 previous official warnings I had received back when I was a Super Admin, 1 for harassment towards users and conflicts with OnionRings and the other for attitude along with Ace's demotion.

Now on the course of a bit less than 2 weeks, I have been daily harassed by a hidden message which I asked to stop. It started off with someone knowing my full name then placing it in a rhyme. That stopped quickly, however the last bit kept on changing to loophole their way into using it. I asked this to stop multiple times, and sadly enough the harassment went on.

The story continues today, when I was being trolled in the lead team meeting as I was trying to share some valid points and arguments. Even though it was not admitted, I was constantly interrupted and asked to raise my voice and repeat. I was really pissed off and I forgot what I did but I was banned for a second from the meeting. I joined the teamspeak again and when I joined the meeting I was still being trolled so I lashed out at some members of the LT, calling them out and generally being disrespectful to them.

Another thing that occurred is me using a sound of Morgan on my board without his permission, and used it multiple times. I was asked to delete it and lied and said I did, and I kept on using it and was caught doing so today.

Overall, I showed a very cocky attitude, ignoring what others have to say and such. I will not blame my actions on the harassment, but I am sure it had something to with my reaction to what happened in the meeting, so I will again kindly ask for it to stop.

I find it rather hypocrite that they blame you for using soundboards that they've asked you to remove (and I agree with them: you shouldn't use those) however I find it just as disgusting that several LT members and even CM team members keep repeating something that clearly hurt you. I might not know the context but you were seemingly offended and you kept asking them to stop. Instead of stopping they kept going and when asked they say "No, he wants us to stop with another thing" even though you clearly and blatantly asked for them to stop with the thing that they were repeatedly saying. When threatened with a report they'd make a quick joke regarding the Chummy situation and how it would get nowhere.

I fully believe the demotion was justified (although I'd have prefered for an official to be given) for your lack of compassion to those around you and you refusing to cooperate when repeatedly asked to. However I find it equally dissapointing that other LT members only care about themselves and then find it odd when a user or a staff member in this regard refuses to stop when they themselves refuse to do the exact same.

Some people need to think about the example they set it order to avoid situations like this.

Do not be fooled Coutinroy has took this way out of context and has not even stood up and admitted to his actions to their full extent. He is the one who continuously harassed members of the community with the use of sound boards of their own voice even after he asked them to be deleted, he is the one who was incapable of respecting other members of the team. He had an awful childish attitude and the head admin team do not tolerate that very attitude on the team.

Roy has been given the same treatment as Paramontana when Para was community manager the community team forced him to remove said sound clips if he refused he would have been punished just as Roy was. Roy is not being targeted, harassed or trolled by the team.

Anybody who has a soundboard of other members of this community without their consent must delete them immediately or the community team will not hesitate to take action.

As for claims the community team uses soundboards, it is not soundboards that are the issue it is using community members voices without prior consent.

I did also mention I was disrespectful in the meeting, however it was very called for to be honest given what those individuals had done.

You refused time and time again to remove your Soundboards of Morgan when he has asked you many times to do so. You even trolled Onion Rings saying that you would remove them but openly said you would lie and keep them anyway. You went round and round in circles for over an hour before you finally removed them. And you have been warned for doing the same thing before how hard is it to just not record peoples voices when asked not to do so.

Again and again we have warnings against you for harassing people, first users in-game, then Onion Rings, Morgan and it just never stops. I hope this time you will be able to improve.

Like I said: don't misunderstand me. I am fully aware of Roy's lies regarding the soundboard situation, as he said he removed the sounds on multiple occasions yet he clearly did not. I also find his attitude towards the people who's sounds he were using very, very disgusting.

However something Roy said during the meeting was something along these lines: "I asked you to stop and you refused to as well" in response to his repeated use of soundboards that he said to have deleted ages ago. Say what you want but I was there; he did ask the people that now confronted him regarding the soundboards to stop and they refused. From your perspective it might not be the same however Roy was blatantly offended and I personally found the evasiveness from the CM team regarding the situation to be rather offensive.

If you demand him to stop something extremely offensive towards several other staff members then fine you are by all means allowed to act all high and mighty when they refuse so. But when he asks the exact same from you and you refuse then all it does is make you seem hypocrite.
