Regarding jailed users

1. If they leave before the time is up and don't join back should they be banned?

2. If they leave and join back while jailed should they be given a second jail or banned?

Example:

If a blatantly abusive user is just Mass RDMing on purpose and he leaves while jailed and does not join back, should he be banned and how long?

A new user that maybe gets jailed for multiple NLR offenses and decide to leave, should he be banned and for how long?

Possible Issues

If the user was decided to let go or not banned for leaving early then a later staff could do the same thing until they get enough punishments for a ban

Other Notes

I have asked a LT member about this a while ago and his opinion is that jails are to punish users by not allowing them to play for the given time, if they are off the server they are still not playing so a ban is unnecessary.
