TOPIC: [SSRP Rule] Car Jacking, FearRP

Server Name: SSRP, 1, 2, 3.

Suggestion Title:
Old Rule: 3.2 Car Jacking - Players cannot 'car jack' vehicles, only unoccupied vehicles can be stolen.
New Rule: 3.2 Car Jacking - Players cannot 'car jack' vehicles, only unoccupied vehicles can be stolen. Players are not allowed to lure others out of the car to steal it.

How would it benefit the server: Self-explanatory.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Loopholing, of course.

Additional notes: You are also not allowed to lure others out of cars to conduct FearRP.

If you're being lured out of a car for it to be stolen then you're pretty stupid...

But this is semi-serious RP. Not realistic.

This is something very minor and has little to no effect on the server.

Those that will do this are either new players who make money this way, or are some bored as fuck people who want to minge around (mainly the first). So pretty much let the new players enjoy it and make some money instead of getting them punished for something that doesn't do any damage.
