Suggestion Title:

New Rule for Detectives - Do not throw Tactical Flashbangs at a large group of people within the game

OR

Do not excessively throw Tactical Flashbangs

How would it benefit the server:

This would prevent users from keep being blinded by the excessive or unnecessary use of Tactical Flashbangs which can give Traitors an unfair advantage if others cannot see what's going on due to the Tac-Flash.

Its become a big problem lately where detectives spam flashbangs with no reason at all
