TOPIC: Plans for zarp staff

So my other topic was locked so i should just ask it here so i have a suggestion so staff members will do most work and if you wnna know why i made this topic click on this zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/report-ab...useless-admins-on-s1
we should have a weekly/monthly f'1 counts for staffs so they will do f1's bc many of them dont do much and just became admin to get more power and i'm not saying that all the staffs are bad but it would be better if all of them did something

(idk if this is already happening)
Higher ranks should watch a staffmember handling a f1 so if they do it wrong they can help out most of them should watch mods since most of the mods are new if you have any plans post them here we can make zarp great again

well i dont see it staffs are ignoring at ooc and not doing shit about rulebreaks even if we type in ooc do my f1 propblock or something staffs ignore so what do you mean with "this already happens"

can't they higher it or something? bc i have to wait 1 hour before admins help with a f1 and when most of them do it its already fixed so they have a free f1 it happens everyday
