Server Name: - SSRP server 1-2-3

Suggestion Title:- A new/improved gambling/roll the dice system.

How would it benefit the server:- Perhaps a GUI where all the dice rolling/item gambling can be done. This would prevent scamming and avoid any accusations of cheating.

Potential Issues/Exploits:- I'm sure after a "while" somebody might find an exploit, but right now I can't think of any.
