Hello again

I have to make another topic about RealKylon, steamname: -KYLON- , an admin on Zarp 1. He is abusing his admin powers again. He ran to me and said: Are you the guy that reported me on the forums? After I said yes, He said it didn't go as planned and I said he is annoying. After that he muted me for 5 minutes, and he was roleplaying and not admin. Why are these admins allowed?
