Suggestion Title:Let people Sell Cars

How would it benefit the server:It would benefit people like me in a similar situation, I have lost over 200m in the last 4 days and have 300k right now but I have like 80m in cars and the cash I would get from selling the cars would help me and others out so much.

Potential Issues/Exploits:None That I can think if.If you think of any please comment them.

Additional notes:I feel like many other people would love to see this implemented.
