Suggestion Title:Making people stay mod longer

How would it benefit the server:I feel like it would benefit the server by the leadteam experiencing people as mods

]Additional notes So I feel that the minimum requirements should be increased the "attend 1 meeting" thing specifically. I feel that should be increased by to 3 weeks giving enuf time for the person to show themselfs.

Make it so not every staff can get admin, there's plenty of admins right now that don't even know the most basic rules; while others can't even handle a sit properly.

I got Admin by being mod two weeks, I could have got it sooner but I didn't realise the going to a meeting rule didn't apply to just the time that you're staff.

It fully depends on who the staff member is. Some staff members might need a longer time, others shorter - it's really a case to case basis thing.

Similarily, it's entirely up to the staff team who they want to promote to Administrator and who they believe need more time. Even giving the example of Jaffa would be wrong, as Jaffa showed no signs of abuse before and he has been given multiple weeks of experience as a moderator before being promoted to Administrator.

I like how it's currently a more "vague" kind of thing, as it means that the staff team gets to decide who's ready, rather than something that's set in stone.

Smo people do get denied for reasons such as this, we don't accept people who we don't feel are ready.
