How / why would it benefit the Murder server:
It would benefit the sever because it adds a new map

Potential Issues/Exploits:
none that i know of

Additional notes:
its a prop just map but it can be good for murder!
PS: there is a way to get on the roof.

This is a prophunt version / remake of the Greenwood map, not exactly the same but same design / layout.
