TOPIC: [SSRP] Suggestion

Server Name: SSRP (speaking about S1 here, I don't know it would affect S2/3)

Suggestion Title: No Props/Entities allowed in the actual spawn area and the street infront.

How would it benefit the server: Large amounts of people hang around in the spawn district, it gets really annoying when Shops and Ugly props lay around right where you spawn, it often also hinders people from getting out of spawn without flaws.
The "park area" right infront of the actual spawn is big enough and doesn't get used that efficiently most of the time.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I could think of, tell me in the comments incase.

Additional notes: Would look cleaner and nicer aswell.
Propspammers in spawn would be more visible / exposed and can be stopped easier.

You can still make Casinos, shops etc, but without hindering the people who just spawned from getting out.
