Suggestion Title: 3.1b CDM Server 2 & 3 - You should actively avoid hitting players unless they are on the road. CHANGE

How would it benefit the server: would stop cdm they should make it "you should actively avoid hitting players and also avoid players on the road and do not do it on purpose." it should be along the lines of that.

Potential Issues/Exploits: people cdming by accident but staff members can tell if it was as some people just fucking ram people in the street on purpose and keep driving thru the streets over just to kill players

Additional notes:

Someone (staff member) was going back and forth for probably half an hour total today and drilled everyone on the sidewalk about three times today, killing five people.. It's just annoying and usually leads to you breaking rules anyway. I told the staff member to be more careful but he already cdmed twice today, all he's gonna get is a demote request for breaking rules.

So make s2 and s3 like s1 is? where you have to drive 2 m/h to get places! Nah im good just stay ou the road when people are drag racing or such things.

This is such a silly suggestion.

A simple change to the rule in which players should try avoid hitting players that are forced on to the road may it be due to the map or player-made structures.

We dissallowed it on s1 since the map there is small and is hard to avoid getting run over. S2/S3 is way bigger and if you need to drive slow to avoid cdm you will not be at your destination in years. People need to be carefull and don't equip a suit at your own risk.

Its hard to distinguish intentional and not.

I don't agree with changing it, just look left right left before you cross a road.

I think if you're walking on the road, you've got what's coming to you. The rule should not be changed, but I'd recommend setting ALL Spawn points onto server three inside of the Nexus. This would minimize deaths on S3 due to CDM.
