Suggestion Title: Revamping the Salary

How would it benefit the server: Way more roleplay

Potential Issues/Exploits: Time demanding to make

Basically no one cares about the salary anymore as it's such a low key feature on Zarp. However if one player was able to hire others and set their salary to work for them people it would have a bigger impact on the players earnings. My vision is to in the F4 menu to set someones salary and every 5 minutes or so (I don't know the exact timer they have) the player earns as much money as he's being payed.

If you want to fire a player you have two ways of doing so: The American way and the European way; if the player working for you just leaves you can instantly fire them without having to pay them anything more. However if you're going to fire somebody because he's not needed anymore you can choose to pay him 3 more times which in real life acts like a way for him to be able to sustain. Also if you get fired you would obviously be notified

With this added medics would hire nurse assistants, bankers would be able to hire guards, basers would be able to hire backup help etc. It would have a really good effect on Zarp I believe in general.

Such things already establish without the need of an own system.
Eg. Guard gets hired by a gun dealer and gets, lets say 5 shipments of XY Gun.

Unless im missunderstanding something here.

And no, it wasn't a job suggestion. Being a nurse is just changing your job title to nurse. It was a prime example.

If this can become auto mated this would be awesome as i know role-play would be increased by this alone.

Although this is a very nice idea I do not see this being used much. Not many people would hire a guard and stuff like that.

If you have to pay manually your workers $25k each time it gets really tedious & Repeating, which is why you rarely see anyone doing it. But as we know the current paycheck when roleplaying as mayor gets you around $250 per paycheck, that's nothing compared to how much drugs gains for you.

1. Nobody bases anymore

2. That would not be used because houses/shops get destroyed in seconds after being built and people
dont want to spend time on building, just to watch it get destroyed

3. Roleplay on zarp has died long time ago

If roleplay had died ages ago then the server would have went down with it, being a miner, shop owner, gangster, cop, etc.. is all roleplay.

I see a couple things wrong with this. First off, very rarely do experieced players become anything but police/swat or gangster meaning poeple would be hiring noobs to guard them and what good will that do considering it is mostly the expirienced players who raid. Second, it seems to complicated a lot of little kids play on this server like joeburglar and JMT it may be hard for the littler players to understand. Lastly, I do not believe it is a big enough feature to draw in new players.
