Gets a better vision into old admins applying again.

Currently the way users who have been admin in the past reapply for admin isn't using the promotion template, my idea is by making a new one that changes question such as "Explain how your time as a Moderator will benefit you as an Admin" into something that makes more sense for a user applying straight for Admin.


For example: "Explain why you are currently wanting to reapply and what you can do to benefit the staff team".

Obviously questions such as write a Facebook post to train a moderator and why you should be accepted, would stay.

The title makes it sound like you will need to apply to resign.
