Suggestion Title: brining down a hammer to the staff

How would it benefit the server: So first of all I'm seeing all these report abuses get accepted but nothing happens? I heard that the SSRP staff team has a 2 warn system but I hardly seeing it get used I feel as if staff on all servers need to crack down (LT) with there punishments its obscene to see how many report abuses are accepted on a staff member and there still staff, like for example "Chicken Larry" has had over 5 report abuses accepted on him (I think) and he is still a staff member it actually shockens me to see that. Regarding this 2 warn system for ssrp I don't see it being used? If it was being used a hell of a ton more staff would have been demoted. I also feel that the LT need to shape the staff team up cause half of them can't even spell in English correctly, you also need to help them with there maturity since I'm more mature than some of these so called "staff members".

It just really annoys me to say people still staff another example is "Blueperson" he has had over 2 report abuses accepted on him and I feel he should get demoted. I don't care if its "minor" it's still a rulebreak and should be punished by either a warn, demotion, or suspension.

We need the LT to get more stubborn and more strict since right now all they do is sit a in spacer and play arma 3!

If a situation arises which warrants an Official Warning, a Lead Team member will bring it up to vote on in the Lead Team Meeting. If someone has a recent (2 weeks) Official Warning, chances are that if something related happens again, they will be demoted.
If someone for example got an official for inactivity and then they abused, they would likely just get 2 officials, but if they got an official for abusing and then abused again, then they would be demoted.

Tbh, they could be a little harsher on staff for rulebreaks and abuse, but the current way of things is pretty fair, and gives people enough chances to improve

We've demoted more people in the span of the last month than the like past year +. When it comes to report abuses for small things if it accumulates a bit then I would bring it up or if it was a more severe case I would bring it up on the first one. I don't understand how people think we're going to bring up an official warn over something extremely minor unless it's a recurring thing.

Take it from a former lead team
Not every report abuse leads to a official warning, they have to bring it up in the meeting and vote on it to see if that particular report abuse should lead to a official warning or not. If i disrespected you and got reported and that report was accepted the lead team van decide to either just talk to me or give me an official warning. So (nothing against you Chicken Larry) im sure chicken larry is on thin ice due to the reports hes had but theres no guarentee all of those reports were an official warning, theres no guarentee those repory abuses were even brought up because sometimes a talking too is enough.

I think the worst part is that a lot of the staff don't even know the rules I got warned a few days ago for arresting a moderator in the vault
