Suggestion Title: Police Car and drug test

How would it benefit the server: I think this will benefit by Cops Swats and swat leaders to be able to chase down those who are in cars and are wanted and actually save their money by not having to pay for the cop car .

I think thiws will make it more funnier ill explain reasons below.

Potential Issues/Exploits: With the drug idea I think there will be more rda.. due to the effects on the drugs . However personaly i think it would make the roles of a cop or swat member more funner and harder, due to more dutys for the cop and swat members and the way to determine if they are drunk if they are in a car and there driving funky (wobbling or crashing a lot) they are drunk if they cant tell the cops will ask them to exit the car or transport to blow in a item and this will determine how drunk they are and how much, they will possibly be finned.

With the police cars as i have said it will be easier to chase down those speeding over 60 mph or drunk and cant chase them down now no need for money it will come with the job. also if the player abuse the car they should be banned from the job (not perma but for a time limit). They should go to the car dealer and get the car if police or realated they will pay 0 ir others it will. not be available.

I like the idea of drunk driving etc but the free cop car is a huge no. This is due with the massive increase of cdm. Not that cdm isn't an issue currently.

Agreed maybe 500k or 1 mil?
