TOPIC: Sell Cars Suggestion!

Server Name: SSRP 1,2,3

Suggestion Title: Be able to sell cars.

How would it benefit the server: Everyone could sell the cars they don't want anymore (sells for half the price)

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: I think this would be very useful for people who bought cars that they don't use anymore

Makes sense if the suggestion is for cars without BPs.
