Add noclip to Ghostmode

How would it benefit the server:
On some maps you can fall through a hole in the floor etc and you would no longer be able to enjoy the map as you'd be under it, having to type !ghost to come out of it then type it again to become a ghost is just annoying to do all the time you mess up, adding ghost mode will allow you to avoid having to keep typing !ghost in chat, and in some cases which I have seen typing !ghost can lead to chat spam. A lot of popular servers has this feature and they have no problem with it so I don't see what could go wrong with it.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
N/A for now
Being in Ghost does not effect the runners or deaths in anyways as they cannot activate traps or interact with the runners.

Additional notes:
It can stop the issue of having to type !ghost twice to restart the map or if you want to start from a specific part of the map this feature would help a lot.

That is last week this is this week I don't see what flaw having noclip as ghost can actually do
