Proof *VIDEO/PICTURES*: Unfortunately i dont have a video or a picture, im not sure if this will be a valid request because of this but im going to try anyway since it was a server glitch and i only just got the Guass Rifle to lose it within 2 hours

Story:I was using my guass rifle to raid, everthing went as planned, i holstered my guass rifle to find out it was not in my inventory or my hotbar. Im hoping i can get a refund for this. Thank you <3

they are not going to do anything without any proof, for all they know you could be lying.
