Re price 20L fuel to $4,000 because the item only allows faster refuels no real cost benefit

Allow 3 ruby printers to be spawned

How would it benefit the server: Balance the items of the VIP Upgrades

why do they have to be ruby ? Why can't they be gold or nuclear ?
