Suggestion Title: VIP Player doesnt take up job slots

How would it benefit the server: would allow 5 non vips to be miner or gangster, as there are so many miners

Potential Issues/Exploits:none

Additional notes:Would really be helpfull

A potential issue I see is maybe a glitch where there is multiple mob bosses and other single player job roles.
Other than that I see this being helpful to new/non-vip players.

Just add more non vip slots, the server is now 128 players maximum so why not more?

people buy vip for a reason. This will cause less money to go to the server, giving them less motivation to give us more updates. Also, people have spent tons on vip for events alts just for this reason, so it would be unfair to them just as much if not more than non-vips

5 non vips can become a job, its not that much of a difference, but currently right now to be a job as miner to make cash you need to get vip? because as of right now zarp is pay 2 win
