Suggestion Title:
Crafting Speed Upgrade (personal version and stacks with the gang upgrade)

How would it benefit the server:
Allows for players to craft items faster. Example: crafting 100 steel takes like 10 minutes, this upgrade would shorten the time by half!

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Maybe screw up the economy a little more I don't know though.

Additional notes:
The item would be a character upgrade, and it would craft items at double the rate of normal crafting (the upgrade would cost 25 million for the character upgrade)
