Suggestion Title: Revert limit change to special printers

How would it benefit the server: Because it lets people use their specials more. Think about it. The more specials you place, the more time you have to wait to make your money back and the more risky it is to base.

There is a direct relation: More specials placed down ---> More time you have to wait to make profit+more risk

And before someone says "What if all placed down at same time so you don't have to wait as long???"
I seriously doubt you bought all of your printers at the same price, and the risk factor still applies. And please don't say "IT LAGS!!!!!!!!" unless you know what you are talking about and have a credible source (EMP/Chute/Other CM) that says the same.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: Why isn't this change logged, either? Also, if completely reverting won't happen, at least increase the limit because 2 specials overall is absurd. Maybe limit to 1 of each special printer type instead of this?

Not sure whats the point of a cap. You have a limited amount of specials, if you decide to use them all at once or spread out should be your choise.
