Server Name: ssrp

Suggestion Title: report system that saves damage logs

How would it benefit the server: make it easier to handle reports for rdm

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: basicly its like the ttt server when you are killed it says was this rdm? and on ssrp if you press yes it would make take them to the f1 menu which saves the damage logs from that life (so it wont just save all of em) if not it doesnt save them, then when handle f1 you can right click and press view logs!

true, but it resets every 2 minutes so they can press it was rdm and it wouldnt get reset, after the f1 is handled logs are removed

Kill logs already clear pretty quickly at peak time, now think about all of the 100 players on the server had a log for each chunk of damage they would take.
Assuming the logs clear so fast due to hardware limitations the server would need a serious upgrade.

Or better yet players could just record.

well users currently always make f1s, especcially new users and they think there are damage logs, like me when i first joined, and most people dont just record, so this is a much easier way.

The logs clear clientside affter 100 entities because if it was just unlimited it would crash your client. I might be able to bump the limit but I seem to remeber it being dependent on your computer hardware. We also have plans to revamp the logging system so its posible that system may be able to handle damageloging, will definitely be something to test out.

Let's hope it gets implemented, actually works, and doesn't kill everything else in the process.
