Suggestion Title: Car Upgrades

How would it benefit the server: Do you park your car somewhere to do something and it's gone. It's really annoying isn't it?

UPGRADES

Bullet Proof Protection: Bullets no longer do any damage to you or the car and or yourself.

Bigger Tank: You can now drive longer without needing to purchase gas.

Theft Protection I: Locks now take x2 as long to pick.

Theft Protection II: Locks are X3 harder to pick.

Theft Protection III: Your car can no longer be lock picked.

Nuclear Engine: For one Uranium your Car can be supercharged and go x2 as fast!

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can see!

These seem like good idea's, the three I listed just seem a bit overpowered
