SSRP servers 1, 2 and 3

Suggestion Title:
Add the ability for passengers of vehicles shoot and equip/dequip weapons while being in the first person view of the car.

How would it benefit the server:
The reason i think it would benefit is it would allow more of a realistic feel to it and could create some funny RP situations of such. Yes its a small thing however i feel like it would be quite useful.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
The only few things i can see with it is that it would have to disallow certain weapons like specials while being in it due to possibly blowing up the car or being to OP/used as advantage. Another issue i see with it that it could cause more RDM as poeple can go past, shoot and then run off being hard to catch by staff members. One other thing i see is that it would primarily only work on 2 door cars as it could be hard to shoot out the back of some 4 door cars.

Additional notes:
Was playing today and came across some times where having a gun seemed like a pretty good idea. Also another thing is you can equip weapons while being n a car to go onto your hot bar however will be un usable and you can not holster them meaning if you die you loose the weapon. If you are able to equip and hear the noise why not make it usable? just an idea would love to hear feedback on this though!
