Suggestion Title: Fix the guns

How would it benefit the server: The guns around the map currently are very imbalanced, ever since the Jackhammer was nerfed and all the other guns were altered it seems very inconsistent majority of the time depending on which gun you get. I'd advise taking the staff team and getting opinions on what guns need changing in regards to a nerf or buff.

This, basically.

If you want anything to be changed then list all of the guns and how they can be improved. For example, the Jackhammer used to be so overpowered that it made it impossible to kill the person that had it because they could kill you in a few shots.

In my opinion unnerfing the gun would only get us back in those days. Instead to fix the current Jackhammer issue would be to improve its clipsize so it isn't a completely useless weapon.
