Suggestion Title: Add a offer bar into shops

How would it benefit the server: Well i think this is pretty cool idea. Basically if someone who own's a shop and there's item you want and he is afk you can pm him a offer but he won't see it so i think this will be good to add something like when u enter the shop click an item and you have 2 options "Buy" or "Offer" if you click buy you will obviously buy it if you click offer you can offer a price to the seller and if he like it he would baybe accept it. There's also can be something like "Additional Notes" where he can say something for example "Hello i offer u 10 Million Dollars for the Festive Printer, and i can give you some item with it". so that'h way if you are afk and come back after few hours and you see you have an offer you can just click "accept" or "deny" if you like the offer or not

Potential Issues/Exploits: I Dunno.

I think if users are looking for offers on an item they would use the advert system or the auction house, regardless it's a +support from me.

Pretty nice idea but, that Fukicki****KCing* Hard to code, pls remember, dev's aren't gods... they can't code a Junga nude in SSRP 1 spawn.

Good idea we could also possibly add a way to offer items instead of money, and if the seller wanted to negotiate further there could be a button to open a trade between the two players.

yes like something like steam trade thing u put things from his side and ur items or money from urs side send trade offer and when he see it he can just click acceept or decline
