Server Name: Psg from 2015

Suggestion Title: Add a PSG that acts like the one from 2015 where you could shot it alot faster.

How would it benefit the server: Brings a nostalgic effect to the server.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Could be considered op but not really as there are way better things than a psg.

Additional notes:

Basically you have a psg v2 that you can't lose even if you die with it. I can't recall how it worked back then but it was often favored among many people as it was a dominating item in pvp combat. It would really bring some interest to older players show them some appreciation for sticking around for so long.
