As soon as the training ends it is our duty as Lead Team to watch over the mods for their first few F1s and tell them do's and dont's.
In theory this is correct and good as it is, but in practise there are a lot of new mods every week and it might sometimes not be possible to observe and help all mods you trained, with mentoring you could assist a moderator a little more long term. From my experience after a mod finishes training he is told to get those F1s done and sometimes left alone with his first few admin sits. The
presence of an experienxed staff member could positivley affect the quality of F1s done by the moderator mentored. Do to your numbers as lead team you oftentimes have to focus on the bigger picture and there might be a high demand for you elsewhere. An admin can easily
spend 1 hour helping out a specific moderator.
