Suggestion Title: Make Booster Packs A Trade-able item in game.

How would it benefit the server: Less likely hood of people getting scammed, all round easier to trade and to sell to other players with still having the ability to claim them getting the items that are usually in the booster packs.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None I can think of right now.
