[SSRP Suggestion] Police notification

How would it benefit the server:
When police try to defend the bank during an active raid and fails, they don't get any notifications about the bank if its successfull or not. You should make it so if cop dies and the criminals successfully raid it, it shows a message. Some cops keeps breaking NLR after the raid is finished which is annoying.
