Suggestion Title: Purge

How would it benefit the server: Maybe increase playerbase? i dont know , But it can be really fun...

Potential Issues/Exploits: Rulebreaks after the purge , And RDMs in spawn.

Additional notes: Maybe add it in halloween? , And also make the spawn off-limits.

There is so much mass RDM on a daily basis so I really won't be surprised if they allow this; same thing happened to metagaming.
