Suggestion Title: [SSRP Suggestion] Add Axis back to Precision Tool

How would it benefit the server: Less limited building, it would allow for more creative casinos/buildings/contraptions

Potential Issues/Exploits: ~~none that I know of, maybe a little bit of lag on an unfrozen axis contraption~~, scratch that, I've noticed props don't collide anymore, maybe prop minging I guess

Additional notes: Went on SSRP1 to rebuild my slots machine dupe only to find out Axis is now gone from the Precision Tool menu, that really explains the lack of actual casino contraptions and the high amount of coinflips (which are imo, very lousy). I really believe it is a shame, since it limits creativity and limits building itself even more from what it already is. Axis, when used correctly, can make for some really fun dupes which are both fun to make and play with/at.
With all that being said, I don't really see why had to be removed, and therefore I suggest re-adding it back to the SSRP tool list everyone has at their disposal.

It was a stupid idea to remove it. Lights also received a change and are now 1 per person, they did this to stop light abuse instead of making a rule against light spam. Exactly my point, I believe axis is way less mingier than the lights, but don't get me wrong I liked multiple lights too, however that probably deserves another suggestion

I agree with Gamer on this one! I feel like they shouldn't have removed it and lights should be put up and have a rule against it.

I honestly agree, light spam is probably considerably more common then axis spam (? if that's a thing)
