Suggestion Title:

Make coinflips 50/50

How would it benefit the server:

Like no memes involved, CT is fucking rigged. I spammed CT and made just under 100k in 1 session, from 28k. I was consistently winning as CT and always lost when I went T, this is an actual point of concern that you'll need to look at. Every time I wasn't CT I seemed to lose, other than 1 or 2 exceptions. I won 70% of my coinflips as CT, and anyone else who went CT experienced the same.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

There's always the chance that it's completely balanced, but I feel like something has screwed up in the code somewhere for it to be that common for CT to win. It's better to be safe than sorry, so I'm requesting that someone at least checks it.

Additional notes:

Morgan and KingOfSaiyans can confirm, they were my victims
